Responsibilities:

  • Manage allocation of resources within the program(s) to meet work fluctuations and budget and time constraints in the delivery process; create a high-performing team
  • Manages contracts and vendors assigned to Corporate Initiatives included in the assigned program(s)
  • Prioritise system change requests as required during the full lifecycle of planning and implementing system change request, drive process improvements as required
  • Support gathering data from IoT devices, systems, applications or social media; analysing and identifying insights and ultimately taking action based on the data
  • Assist in maintain an infrastructure and upgrade of the network and telecommunication systems for Membership Contact Centre to address business goals and operations efficiency
  • Draw system operation workflow and network diagrams; maintain project plans and issue logs for each project and system
  • Assist AVP to manage the team to achieve a stable and dynamic environment, as well as perform regular performance review of the team
  • Assist AVP to build organisational technology talent by creating a learning environment that ensures all employees have the training and skills needed to utilise available technology to meet their business needs



Requirements:

  • Degree holder in the field of IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering
  • At least 7 years of hands on project management experience with proven record of leading multiple projects and in large scale system implementation in the gaming or hospitality IT industry
  • At least 5 years of people management experience in IT/Gaming/Hospitality fields
  • Strong sense of business, especially in the Marketing perspective. Experience in transforming business requirements into insights for designing system requirements, testing and implementation plan, contingency & risk mitigation, and post implementation management
  • Experience in emerging technologies including cloud-based and mobility systems that could be implemented within the organisation (building software applications using Java, C, or .NET is a plus)
  • Familiar with web and mobile applications and integrated systems
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
  • Excellent ability to tactfully and positively manage and maintain business relationships; and develop communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Is a team player who motivates others to work effectively within the team and lead change
  • Strong written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are essential
  • Achieves agreed business objectives and accepts accountability for results
  • Ability and willingness to innovate and learn new technologies quickly
  • Willing to travel on demand basis
