Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement training and development programmes tailored to target organisations
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including internship and early careers initiatives
• Lead end-to-end project management from programme design to execution
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
• Contribute to the overall development and scaling of the platform

Requirements

• Degree holder in HR, Business, Education, or related disciplines
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, programme management, or related functions
• Experience in early careers / internship programmes is an advantage
• Strong project management skills are essential
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
