Senior Manager, Lending Product Development, Fintech

Our client is a Fintech arm of a sizeable business in Hong Kong. With their rapid expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity as arisen for a high-calibre Product development professional to join their team.

Report directly to the Business Head, you will lead a small team to oversee the product strategy and drive customer acquisition, retention and partnership for unsecured lending products on digital channels. You will drive the whole product lifecycle and seek for product enhancement and expand product range to meet business objectives. You will source new business partnerships to expand the lending acquisition channels and develop products suitable for the partnerships You will keep abreast of latest market trend, analyse customers' behaviour, key financial drivers and competitors'' strategy to sustain a continuous portfolio growth and maintain competitiveness in the market. You will coordinate with different departments, including Operation in streamlining processes and Risk and Compliance in ensuring adherence of relevant policies and guidelines.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 7 years' experience in product management/ development for unsecured lending/ Personal Loan for retail banking
• Solid knowledge in digital channel is required
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
