Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, Insurance

Our client is global insurance company with strong presence in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity as arisen for a high-calibre Digital Marketing Professional to join their bancassurance business digital team.

Report to the Business Head, you will be the a key member of the digital marketing team to formulate and develop digital marketing strategies and performance marketing campaigns for customer acquisitions and enhancing digital platform within the firm. You will lead the team to focus on managing various social media platforms and launched social media campaigns. You will plan and execute digital media plan, implement paid search best practise, keywords development, optimization programs for leads generations. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness on marketing campaigns and provide report to performance evaluations.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in digital marketing/ performance marketing, preferably gained in insurance/ banking/ Financial services industry
• Solid Knowledge on digital acquisitions
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
