Senior Manager, Digital Channel, Insurance

Our client is a global insurance company with a strong presence in APAC. With their continuous expansion in their Hong Kong business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre digital product/ channel professional to join bancassurance business.

Report to the Business Head, you will be the key member of the team to formulate and develop digital channel strategies for bancassurance business. You will be the digital platform owner and work with bancassurance partners enhance digital customer journey to uplift customer engagement experience. You will drive online marketing initiative to support digital sales on bancassurance channels. You will work on other business partnerships for business growth and support adhoc projects.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 7 years' experience in digital channels/ digital product/ digital projects/ digital marketing, preferably gained in insurance AND/ OR bancassurance business in banking
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
• Strong experience in driving digital channel sales
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
