Senior Knowledge Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Knowledge Analyst to support knowledge management and AI-driven content initiatives within a high-impact environment.

This role combines content strategy, multilingual domain expertise, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on knowledge base optimization and supporting GenAI/RAG use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, structure, and maintain knowledge base (KB) frameworks, including taxonomy and ontology models
• Lead end-to-end content curation, tagging, and governance processes
• Perform content QA to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across knowledge assets
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define content standards
• Support and optimize content pipelines for GenAI/RAG systems
• Translate business needs into structured knowledge assets, metadata, and reporting logic
• Continuously improve KB processes, standards, and workflows based on feedback and usage insights

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in knowledge management, content analysis, or related fields
• Strong expertise in KB curation, taxonomy/ontology design, and content structuring
• Proven experience in content QA and governance frameworks
• Hands-on exposure to or experience supporting GenAI/RAG workflows
• Domain experience in Financial Services (FS) is required
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and translate business requirements
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
