Senior Key Account Executive - FMCG

Job description

My client is a top tier confectionery distributor with multiple well known brands. With more than 1000 staffs within the Asia region, they are a stable group with strong distribution network. Looking to reinforce their business, they are now in search of a Senior Key Account Executive. Candidates with more experience would be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager.

You will be supporting the terms negotiation and overall sales operation for the assigned key accounts. You will be collaborating with internal parties to execute sales strategies. As a Senior Key Account Executive, your responsibilities would include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for trade terms and sales operation for assigned key accounts
  • Coordinate with sales management with regular forecast, inventory reports and market research
  • Define business and promotional plan with superior and key customers
  • Communicate with key customers and provide support on marketing and logistics
  • Aligning with internal trade and product marketing team to support key customers
  • Conducting sales analysis and business review to further enhance sales performance

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of key account management experience
  • Experience without with supermarket, convenient stores or drug chains clients would be an advantage
  • Candidtate who are more experienced would be considered for Assistant Key Account Manager
  • Energetic, proactive and quick learner
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
