Job Descriptions:

  • Provide leadership and management for retail technical team
  • Translate business strategy and requirements into the technical vision and strategyd
  • Maintain a proactive awareness of corporate, regional, and store-based technology systems that make up the retail technology environment. This includes the design, support, and servicing of various retail applications, application support, and retail infrastructure categories
  • Lead and oversee various technology projects, directly or indirectly, and interact with various supplier partners for procurement and implementation of new company system initiatives. Overall responsibilities include successful project oversight, budget targets, and timely completion
  • Have accountability for project/program delivery in the consumer retail space for the region, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects that meet scope, timing, and cost goals in all markets
  • Assist with managing regional retail budget and ensuring project portfolio adheres to regional budget targets
  • Partner with enterprise architects to identify and deliver technical innovations in support of emerging retail sales channel needs and progress these ideas from concepts to experiments to scaled models with focus on flexibility, reuse, and overarching extensibility
  • Partner with the Vendor Management Office in the identification, evaluation, and selection of vendors to staff project delivery roles that meet delivery standards across quality, throughput, and budgetary/return-on-investment goals
  • Works closely with Business Analyst at the scope and requirements definition phase of a project to ensure solution is effectively and efficiently designed; educate Business Analyst regarding value of effective use of architecture


Job Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years experience in IT Retail, business processes, information systems, technology and partnering with internal customers at senior level
  • Experience in (Retail operation system, POS, Retail Accounting/Sales Audit, Back-office system, Inventory and Replenishment system, Mobile) design and implementation experience a must
  • Experience at a senior-manager level delivering global IT capabilities for a multi-national/multi-brand company
  • Experience in a multi-channel or OmniChannel environment and knowledge of how to create a view of the consumer across retail sales channels
  • Experience gathering business needs and creating into workable outcomes
  • Solid understanding of IT group operating model, including enterprise application, development lifecycle, tools, methods and processes
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly growing environment
  • Strong team-player who has excellent collaboration and relationship skills
