(Senior) Internal Audit Manager

We are partnering with a prominent, well-established Hong Kong-listed conglomerate to recruit a highly capable (Senior) Internal Audit Manager. Boasting a diverse portfolio that spans real estate, hospitality, investments, and technology ventures, this organization offers unparalleled exposure to multiple dynamic industries.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and execute comprehensive risk-based internal audits covering financial, operational, and strategic controls across diverse business units.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and enterprise risk management frameworks to ensure strict compliance with HKEX listing rules and corporate policies.
• Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, translating complex audit findings into practical, commercially viable recommendations for senior management.
• Prepare high-quality, concise audit reports and confidently present key findings to management
• Partner closely with department heads to monitor, track, and drive the implementation of agreed-upon remedial actions and process improvements.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior audit professionals to foster a collaborative and technically robust team culture.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, backed by a mandatory professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA.
• Bring 8 to 12+ years of progressive audit experience, ideally combining Big 4 training with in-house commercial audit exposure
• Demonstrate proven expertise in conducting full-scope financial, operational, and compliance audits, with exposure to IT control reviews and data analytics considered a strong advantage.
• Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management skills to effectively navigate a complex corporate matrix using diplomacy, tact, and influence.
• Communicate fluently and confidently in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to facilitate high-level reporting and cross-border liaison.
