Senior HR Manager

Job description

Our client is a world renowned retailer with Hong Kong serving as their APAC hub. They are now looking for an exceptional business partnering human resources talent to join their Group HR function.


Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for comprehensive HR advisory duties covering mainly the Hong Kong market, being the focal HR contact for the business leaders . You will help devise and execute the HR strategy for the brand, monitoring its progress and its impact on business performance; taking the lead in engagement and employer branding activities, you will collaborate with leaders on success planning and talent management programmes. This role will see you working closely with the HR operations on matters such as payroll, recruitment, etc to ensure smooth running of day to day activities for the brand. This is a varied role where you will interface with senior executives on a regular basis, facilitate business growth and deliver expert HR advisory and services.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences with sizable MNC
  • Prior Business Partnering roles; ability to build rapport with senior leaders
  • Previous Retail exposure is an advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen, whilst ensuring HR governance
  • Hands on approach and can make appropriate decisions independently
  • Excellent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
