Senior Finance Manager / Manager - Property

We are partnering with a well-established Hong Kong-based property development and investment group to hire a Senior Finance Manager for their growing finance team. This is a high-visibility position supporting management on project finance, cost control, treasury activities, and strategic decision-making across several ongoing developments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Finance in overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations.
• Lead project accounting and cost control for multiple property development projects.
• Monitor project budgets, construction costs, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Prepare monthly management reports, forecasts, and financial analysis for senior management.
• Coordinate with banks on project financing, loan drawdowns, facility management, and treasury matters.
• Manage asset allocation, capital deployment, and funding requirements across projects.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Oversee and optimize the FlexSystem accounting platform.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA or professional accounting qualification
• 8+ years of accounting and finance experience, preferably within property development, real estate, or construction.
• Strong project cost accounting and management reporting experience.
• Hands-on exposure to banking relationships, treasury, and financing activities.
• Experience using FlexSystem is highly preferred.
