Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a well established mid sized manufacturer with HQ office in Hong Kong and plant in Southern China. They are currently looking for a hands on and talented Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Finance Director with dotted line to the General Manager and the Board, you will lead a team of experienced Accounting Operations located in Hong Kong and Southern China. Working alongside Supply Chain, Engineering, Project and HR teams, you will business partner with these operations and provide commercial support on a regular basis. On a day to day basis, you will ensure the smooth running of the Accounting and Finance department, from financial and management reporting, credit control, taxation, budgeting and forecasting. This role will see you facilitate change management, upskill and transform the finance team and processes, incorporating more business partnering capabilities and performance measures. This is a prolific role where you will gain early exposure to senior management and have oversight of the entire business operations from a finance perspective,

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder and accountancy qualification
• Minimum 8 years of financial management experiences
• Familiar with the manufacturing sector
• Prior experiences in finance transformation projects is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
• Ability to travel to Southern China regularly once permitted
