Our client is a well-known tourism company with offices around the globe. Due to business expansion, they now have 2 openings in the Facilities and Admin team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for facility management to ensure the office premises are properly maintained under regular repair and maintenance in order to provide a quality working environment
  • Keep close contact with the contractors/vendors/suppliers of different trades and conduct regular review meetings
  • To be responsible for office equipment purchase & administrative services by drawing up specifications on the necessary equipment or services, budget preparation and tender documents
  • To be responsible for the fixed assets management and office furniture & equipment procurement for both local and overseas location


  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in office or facility management
  • Knowledge of OH & S
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid procurement and tendering process
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Might be required to work on Non-office hours when needed
