  • Seasoned Experience: A minimum of 20 years of progressive finance experience within complex, multi-national corporations (MNCs). At least 8 years must be in a significant leadership role.
  • Big 4 Pedigree: A career foundation built within a top-tier global audit firm is highly preferred, followed by a track record of success in "In-House" Group Finance roles.
  • Complex Consolidations: Proven expertise in managing the financial complexities of large-scale, listed organizations with diverse business segments.
  • Linguistic Capability: Due to the scope of regional coordination and the location of key manufacturing hubs, full professional fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
