Senior Data Scientist

Job Duties

Build, enhance, and deploy machine learning models to tackle practical business challenges using structured and unstructured datasets.
Partner closely with business teams to identify, assess, and prioritise data science opportunities that align with strategic objectives.
Convert analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.
Monitor and continuously refine AI/ML solutions to ensure they deliver measurable business impact.
Keep up with advancements in GenAI and machine learning, applying the latest technologies to create value for the organisation.

Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with machine learning, statistical methods, data wrangling, and key tools such as Python, SQL, and mainstream ML libraries.
Experience working with cloud ecosystems such as Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) is an advantage.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
Able to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and business‑focused manner.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering robust, high‑quality outputs.
Passion for continuous learning in the fast‑moving ML and AI domain.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Data Scientist level.
