Senior Data Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Data Product Designer to lead the design of data-rich and AI-powered products, transforming complex information into intuitive, high-impact user experiences. Working closely with product, engineering, and data teams, you will drive end-to-end UX design for analytics platforms, internal tools, and intelligent solutions, with a strong focus on user flows, data visualization, and scalable design systems. The ideal candidate brings proven experience designing data products and collaborating with backend and data teams to deliver impactful business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for data products, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design.
• Partner closely with backend engineers, data engineers, developers, and product teams to deliver scalable data and AI-driven solutions.
• Translate complex business, technical, and data requirements into intuitive and user-centered product experiences.
• Design experiences for analytics platforms, reporting tools, internal operational systems, and AI-powered features.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to define user requirements, workflows, and product capabilities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct user research and validate design decisions through feedback, testing, and data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, components, and UI standards in Figma.
• Present design solutions and communicate design rationale effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support product discovery, concept development, and iterative delivery in an agile environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Digital Product Design
• Proven experience designing data products, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, or AI-powered applications
• Hands-on experience working directly with backend engineers, data teams, and developers throughout product delivery
• Experience translating complex business, technical, and data requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design, user flows, design systems, and data visualization
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and component libraries
• Ability to conduct research and transform insights into user-centered design solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
