Senior Data Analyst (Offshore)

Responsibilities

• BI Development: Design, architect, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and end-to-end data models to track key business KPIs.
• Advanced Analytics: Leverage advanced Excel functions to perform deep-dive analysis, transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Hong Kong-based leadership to translate evolving business requirements into robust analytical frameworks.
• Reporting Excellence: Manage the delivery of recurring executive reports and rapid-response ad-hoc analyses with a focus on precision and clarity.
• Data Governance: Ensure the highest standards of data integrity, consistency, and security across all reporting outputs.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced hands-on proficiency in Power BI (DAX/Data Modeling) and Excel (Power Query/complex formulas).
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Experience successfully supporting regional or international stakeholders in a remote/offshore capacity.
• Domain & Language: No insurance industry experience required; Cantonese fluency is not necessary as the working language is English.
• Location: Open to top-tier talent currently residing in Malaysia or India.
• Availability: Immediate starters or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are strongly preferred.
