Our client is an International bank in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a senior customer service officer to join their team.
- First line complaint resolution
- Explain plan benefits and handle customer enquiry
- Listen to customers, understand their needs and offer relevant products, services and solutions
- Playing a leading role in the regional team
- Ensuring compliance with international and regional policies, practices and procedures
- Excellent customer-serving manner, communication, and problem-solving skills
- 5-day work week -flexibility to work
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Experience in an insurance/ healthcare environment is essential
- Minimum of 2 years in customer facing experience prior
