Senior CS Manager - Listed European Consumer Goods
Our client is a well renowned European listed consumer goods company and with global footprint in all major cities around the world. With their wide range of product portfolio and resourceful marketing budget, the company has successfully earned and sustain their position as one of the titans in the industry. To cope with their growing demand and expansion, the company is now in search for Senior CS Manager to join their team.
As a Senior Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing supreme services to customers by responding to requests and inquiry promptly. You will be working closely and coordinating with other internal and external stakeholder including the logistic team, sales department and various overseas distributor for order placement and deliveries with procurement. Last but not least you will be generating and composing sales reports for management review.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
Degree holder in business administration or related discipline
Over 5 years in managing telesales including strong background in customer acquisition re-engagement & retention
Able to priorities and handle multiple tasks
Energetic, well-organized, self-motivated, detailed-mined and able to work independently and under pressure
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
Candidate will less experience will be considered as Customer Service Manager
