Senior CRM Executive - Prestige Watch and Jewelry Group
Our client is one of the Largest Luxury Jewellery and Watch group in Hong Kong. With their wide product portfolio and exclusive listing from some of the most prestige brand in the world, our client has successfully expanded their business to different region in the APAC area including Singapore, Malaysia and other key Asia cities. To cater with their business growth, our client is now looking for a Senior CRM executive to join their team.
As a Senior CRM executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company existing customer loyalty program, that includes participate in data analysis to generate insights and actionable solutions for the business. You will also be working closely with different such as the IT department and other marketing function within the company. Last but not least to keep track on campaign development progress, you will be organizing different VIP or member acquisition event.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree holder with major in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- 3- 5 years of relevant experience in customer data and relationship management, or data analytics, preferably in luxury industry; experience in working with big data sets would be a plus;
- Good experience and understanding of Customer Relationship Management System and related IT systems;
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
