Senior BI Developer

We are partnering with a leading international organisation undergoing significant investment in data, analytics and AI capabilities.


As part of the growing BI function, you will be responsible for developing business dashboards, enabling self-service analytics and supporting the rollout of regional reporting solutions across Asia. This role offers high visibility within the business and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven insights.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BI professional who enjoys building front-end analytical solutions while leveraging modern Microsoft technologies including Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Drive self-service BI adoption across business users
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions
  • Support regional dashboard rollouts across multiple markets
  • Develop reporting assets using Microsoft Fabric
  • Build and maintain semantic models and business reporting layers
  • Support AI-enabled reporting initiatives and dashboard enhancements
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal data and analytics teams to ensure data quality and governance
  • Deliver intuitive visualisations and business insight solutions

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards
  • Experience delivering Self-Service BI solutions
  • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts
  • SQL development experience
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
  • Experience handling complex reporting and KPI requirements

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Databricks
  • Experience with AI-powered analytics or AI-enabled reporting solutions
  • Metadata management or AI agent exposure
  • Retail, consumer, FMCG or luxury retail experience
  • Customer, marketing or sales analytics background
  • Regional project experience
