Senior AI Platform Engineer, Financial Services, 60k

Our client, a well‑established financial services organization, is seeking a senior AI Engineer to support the development and maintenance of backend and frontend components, assist with AI service deployment, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate enterprise AI platforms supporting LLM applications
• Implement LLM fine-tuning workflows, including data preparation, training, evaluation, and deployment
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for AI solutions
• Build and manage end-to-end MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy and run AI services using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Deliver Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for AI use cases and rapid prototyping
• Apply DevOps best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to integrate and roll out AI solutions
• Support frontend development for AI applications when required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Hands-on experience in MLOps or LLMOps in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, or agent-based architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud or hybrid infrastructure
• Experience delivering AI-related POCs is preferred
• Knowledge of React or Next.js is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
