(Senior) Accounts Clerk, 4 months - SAP, MNC, up to 20K
Our client is a well known US retail group, they are looking for a Senior Account Clerk / Account Clerk to join their team to be responsible for AP duties. This position will be on a 4 months maternity contract, candidate with outstanding performance might have a chance to be converted to a permanent position.
- Handle AP daily functions including Claims and expenses
- Assist in financial closings and reporting
- Maintain AP ledger
- Administrative duties including invoice data inputting, vouchers posting and filing
- Proficient in Excel (vlookup & pivot table)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting
- Familiar with SAP is a must
- Immediate available
