Senior Accountant / Finance Manager - Type 1,4,9

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting activities including submitting FRR returns
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements, including relevant submissions to regulators and ongoing monitoring of financial resources.
• Support the accounting and reporting of investment vehicles, fund structures and affiliated entities.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow, banking relationships and payment processes.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings and financial statement preparation with external service providers.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis and ad hoc reports to support business and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with professional qualifications viewed favourably.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience gained within asset management, investment management, private equity, hedge funds, family offices or other regulated financial institutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and financial control frameworks within an SFC-regulated environment would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of fund structures, investment vehicles and financial reporting practices is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
