Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations, including maintaining a full set of accounts, ledger entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and preparing profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions.
Prepare financial and management reports, along with cash flow projections.
Coordinate annual audit processes and support year‑end closing activities.
Manage corporate income tax filings.
Oversee company insurance matters and support company secretarial tasks.
Participate in internal control reviews, internal audit activities, tax compliance tasks, and stock‑take exercises.
Support the adoption and rollout of digital tools to improve accounting workflows and operational efficiency.
Conduct UAT and support system upgrades related to accounting platforms.
Assist in preparing and analysing financial data for reporting, forecasting, and business operations.
Provide financial support to operational teams and business stakeholders.
Contribute to ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a sizable multinational company; experience in fashion retail is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting practices in Hong Kong and Macau.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Concur; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Self‑driven, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
