Securities Operations Manager, up to 50k

Our client is a foreign bank offering various securities and futures trading services, they are now looking for a Securities Operations Manager to lead the dynamic team.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for supervising a team for daily securities operations for HK Stock market and ensure all the transaction processes are in compliant with regulatory compliance, risk and company's policies. You will also be required to participate in various operational projects such as system enhancements or automations. As a Securities Operations Manager, you will also need to perform other ad hoc. tasks such as business process improvement, liaison with other internal stakeholders for securities related issues, and so on.

To qualify, individual must possess:

• University degree holder in BBA or equivalent disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience gained in Bank /Securities firms
• Experience in CCASS is required
• Willing to work under pressure and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in Cantonese, and English
