Our Client is one of the most recognized Financial Services Companies who is now looking for a Junior Secretory to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the administrator to handle the team's leave administration, business trip administration and expenses and procurement administration of the team;
  • Perform general secretarial duties such as handling telephone calls/visitors; drafting correspondences; receiving, distributing and tracking incoming/outgoing correspondences;
  • Organize and maintain filing system including the filing and storage of confidential documents;
  • Arrange travel schedule and itinerary including the arrangement of transportation and accommodations;
  • Calendar management and associated tasks;
  • Create and maintain team-related schedules and contact lists;
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings;
  • Prepare presentation and marketing materials/brochures;
  • Logistics & arrangement of meetings for visitor(s)
  • Providing general support including photocopying, booking meeting rooms etc.
  • Assisting in ad hoc project administration support when required

Requirements:

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • 1-2 years of solid administrative or secretarial support experience in the banking industry
  • Possess strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office capabilities
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, hard-working, cheerful and resourceful
