Job Duties

  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to 3 senior management - HR, M&A and Finance
  • Manage schedules of meetings, bookings and appointments as well as travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangement
  • Provide logistics support and co-ordination to senior management for meetings and prepare business correspondences, presentation materials and meeting documents etc.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with formal secretarial training preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of secretarial experience in serving senior management preferable from sizable multinational companies, experience in serving HR dept is an advantage
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
