Our client is an Investment Holdings Company who is now looking for a Secretary to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support for Managing Director and the rest of the team
  • Monitor and manage billing and collection of projects;
  • Coordinate calendar management and meeting arrangements;
  • Handle travel and accommodation arrangements;
  • Assist with any personal matters;
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments.
  • Arrange conference calls and scheduling of weekly meetings.
  • Update mail/phone directories.
  • Arrange tickets and accommodations for overseas trip.
  • Prepare itinerary, trip file and office supplies.
  • Maintain company inventory.

Requirements:

  • Degree holdersh with 2 years or above in PA/secretarial experience;
  • Excellent writing skill in English and Mandarin, fluent in speaking English, Cantonese & Mandarin; Proficient in Chinese Typing is a MUST
  • Responsible, well-organized, proactive, mature and able to work under pressure;
  • Multi-tasking and result-oriented, able to keep confidentiality;
  • Proficiency in PC software, e.g. MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
