Secretary, good Mandarin, insurance

Job description

Our client is a Chinese insurance company with offices in Asia. Due to business needs, their HK office is looking for a secretary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the office team and Director
  • Calendar management, personal assistance, arrange internal and external meetings and conferences
  • Assist with travel arrangement, expense claims, event planning, coordination and schedule arrangement
  • Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of secretarial experience in MNC or Chinese based companies
  • Responsible, energetic and dynamic
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and face-paced
  • Strong command of spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  • Chinese typing skills (simplified) is needed
  • Good PC skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
