A Chinese financial company is looking for an experienced candidate for all-rounded secretarial and administrative support to their senior management of Hong Kong

Job Duties

  • Arrange meetings, coordination and minutes drafting for the management levels
  • Handle and coordinate appointments and travel itineraries
  • Prepare materials and presentations for internal and client meetings, correspondence, reports, etc.
  • Plan and organize internal and external events for senior management and leadership
  • Support in personal issue handling when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Admin or related studies
  • 4+ years working experience in a MNC company, preferably in financial industry
  • Mature, organized and proactive individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, Chinese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
