Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to support business operations.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, IT) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
• Support deployment, testing, and documentation of new features and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 1-2 years focused on Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience in Salesforce API integration and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
• Salesforce Developer or Service Cloud certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
