Sales Support Officer / RM Assistant (Urgent)

Our client is a sizable financial services group with diversified business globally in brokerage, private wealth management, investment banking and investment management. With their continuous expansion in Greater China business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a sales support professional to join and support their expanding Relationship Management team.

You will be a member of a Sales Support team, assisting Relationship Managers on daily client services and sales operations, including processing dealing orders, responding to client inquiries, and providing other admin support. Working closely with other team members, you will also participate in team and company projects.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales Support, RM Assistant gained in Banking, Securities, Trading and/or other Financial Services industry
• Sales / Relationship Management candidates with interests in taking on a support role would also be considered
• SFC license Type 1 & 2 holder or passing of relevant HKSI papers would be highly advantageous
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
