Sales, Research and/or Capital Markets Support
Our client is a leading American investment bank looking for Application Support to join their Client Management team. Client Management team manages all communication, coordination and support on all user-facing areas of SRCM Technology.
- Aggressively learn the integrated CRM, PRT and Research platforms, its affiliated technologies and reference data systems in order to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Provide support for the Mercury application
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) in line with the test plan
- Manage assumptions, risks, issues and dependencies for Sales and Research
- Good understanding of regional requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience in application support for Sales Research Capital Markets or relative discipline
