Sales Professional - FinTech | Attractive Commission Scheme

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strategic client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the regional go-to-market strategy and accelerating revenue growth within the asset management segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing relationships within asset management clients across Asia
  • Identify, originate, and close high-value opportunities by engaging key decision-makers.
  • Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, marketing, and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and aligning technology solutions accordingly
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, technology, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales within the technology or financial services space, ideally selling into asset management firms. Prior regional sales exposure would be a definite advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the asset management industry, including front-to-back investment processes and technology landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a regional or multi-country environment
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required.
