Sales Manager - General trade (Distributors/ drug stores, FMCG)
Our client is a well-established leading player in the FMCG industry. Equipped with a wide range of product portfolio, their products can be easily spotted out in different sales channels - supermarkets, convenient stores, healthcare chain stores, general trade and etc. With an aggressive growth plan, they are now hiring suitable candidates to join the sales team as Sales Manager to manage the distributors.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the key person in developing sales plans and strategies across General Trade channel to achieve company goals and targets. You will be the key person to manage the performance of the distributors. You will work closely with management to develop incentive and promotion programmes to assist the sales performance across drug store channels. You will be responsible to conduct sales analysis, forecast and reports. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with FMCG sales experience in managing distributors to join the expanding company.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- Bachelor degree holder
- At least 6 years sales/ business development experiences in FMCG sector
- Experience in managing distributors is essential
- Solid knowledge in general trade channels operation
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
