Sales Manager - FMCG / Cross Border E-commerce

My client is a top tier FMCG MNC. With more than 120,000 employees globally, they have a strong business network and quality product portfolio. Looking to further expand their business, they added a new headcount this year in search of a Sales Manager (Cross Border).

You will be leading the development and execution of the sales strategy for cross border e-commerce business. You will be taking full ownership of the business' P&L and A&P. As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, executing and review sales strategy of the cross border e-commerce business
  • Managing relationship with trade partners and supporting them to achieve sales target
  • Penetrating new accounts within the B2C, B2B and O2O sector
  • Taking full ownership of the P&L and A&P of the cross border business
  • Reacting to market changes through consistent market intelligence consolidation
  • Coordinate with other internal stake holders including marketing, supply chain, finance and others

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder with 5 years of account management experience and at least 2 years' experience of cross border sales management (Hong Kong to China)
  • Experience handling major O2O platform such as Tmall, would be an advantage
  • Experience handling infant milk product would be an advantage
  • Energetic, good communication skills and strong business sense
  • Strong command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
