Sales Manager (Fashion Jewelry; 45k)

Our client is a well known fashion jewelry OEM and ODM manufacturer. They are currently in search of a Sales Manager to manage their accounts and business in Europe.

Reporting to the founder, your responsibilities will include:

• Function as sales team head and manage a team of 7-8 salesman
• Take lead for the OEM and ODM sales and marketing activities across the European market
• Manage and drive team members to achieve sales target, KPI and business objectives
• Build consistent relationship with key accounts and explore potential new clients
• Perform regular review with team members to ensure healthy productivity
• Maintain up to date knowledge in market change to ensure company's competitiveness

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of sales experience within OEM and ODM manufacturer
• At least 2 years of sales team management experience
• Experience with jewelry / accessories / apparel / fast fashion industry would be an advantage
• Proven track record of sales management with capability to manage sales activities and productivity
• Good communications skills with strong business sense
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
