Sales Manager - Business Outsourcing Solutions

Our client is a leading global provider of customer experience and business process outsourcing solutions, supporting international brands across multiple industries. They are expanding their footprint in Hong Kong and China and the yare seeking a highly driven and ambitious Sales Manager to accelerate business growth.


This role suits a proactive sales professional who thrives on winning new business, understands the BPO landscape, and is passionate about delivering impactful client solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying and securing BPO opportunities in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, positioning the company as a trusted outsourcing partner
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with market trends and organizational goals
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored outsourcing solutions that meet client needs
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen market positioning
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and pipeline KPIs


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the BPO, customer experience, or outsourcing industry
  • Strong familiarity with the market with an established network
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and commercially astute
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is highly preferred
