Sales Director, Luxury Retail (1M Total)
About our client and the opportunity :
Our client is a well known luxury retail brand. Last year, they reach record high in terms of revenue by building excellent brand and operating seamlessly through direct retail, consignment counters and e-commerce. An opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales to lead the sales force to take the business to next level.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will accelerate the high growth of revenue gaining wider market share. In particular, you will
- Draw an understanding through research data the consumer buying trends and demography in order to grasp the pulse of the market and be able to make business decisions based on data
- Design sales strategies in terms of channel, product, pricing and offer formulations.
- Organize, lead and empower a 100-sales work force to maximize revenue
- Design and implement seasonal sales programs to boost sales and increase brand awareness
- Support General Manager in budgeting and forecasting
To qualify, you will possess :
- A Bachelor degree in Business Studies, marketing or equivalent
- 10 -15 years of experience leading a high performing sales force for consumer luxury or electronic brands for Hong Kong market
- Experienced in retail business models along with consignment counters and e-commerce
- Solid track record in growing a revenue portfolio of not less than HK$ 200M worth
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English to be able to communicate with upper management
