Sales Director, Listed IT Vendor
About the client and opportunity :
Our client is a China headquartered IT vendor providing cloud based software and big data analysis service to conglomerate capitalizing opportunities in the booming big data era. They offer an exceptionally autonomous and supported desk to seasoned business development candidates within IT software / IT service industries.
The sales team is highly supported by 300 inhoused technical consultants across China and Hong Kong.
You are expected to identify business opportunities, create company proposition in the region based on sound understanding of the competition and market landscape. You'll build pipeline and gradually build your own team. You will be an individual contributor at start focusing on developing sizable accounts and generate revenue.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science is desired
- 5-10 years of experience in selling license based solutions / cloud solutions / system integration services to enterprise
- Solution selling skill sets. Focus on customers' requirements and be able to arrange competitive yet margin protective commercial terms
- Able to work with technical specialists and translate market requirements to technical requirements
- Fluent English and native Cantonese required
