Sales Director - Corporate Learning
Our client is a corporate learning platform that helps multinationals and SMEs in their digital transformation journey and improve their employees' knowledge base. Due to increased demand, they are now hiring a Senior Sales Lead to further penetrate growth in the Greater China market.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of business development and pipelining, from lead development, to conducting senior level pitches and presentations, through to sales negotiation and closing deals. You will proactively seek new business development opportunities via events, networking, and working with the internal marketing team.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A minimum of 8-10 years' B2B sales experience with a strong track record of success and a sales hunter mentality
- Solution-sales background with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to interface with senior level Marketing or HR client contacts at the C and D level
- An interest in working with a high-growth start up ine-learning, training, or in the digital transformation realm
- Exceptional presentation, pitching and communication skills
- Strong fluency in English, while other Asian languages are an advantage
