Sales and Strategy Director, Integrated Device Manufacturer
Our client is a renowned manufacturer with IDM, OBM and ODM capabilities. They are well supported by an affluent list of home appliance and smart home tech brands because our client is visionary and generous in terms of product development and manufacturing automation. An opportunity has arisen for a consumer brand product management leader to accelerate the business to next level.
- Develop global home consumer brands and offer valuable new product development proposal based on consumer insights and competitor analysis
- Influence buying behavior by offering beyond-engineering capability introduction. Differentiate from competitors, participate in product roadmap discussion and IDM case studies
- Enable a global sales team. Bring in new sales tools/ approach and knowledge to accelerate the pitch
- Discuss and negotiate resources in terms of investing in sales enablement, client development and engineering tooling
- Manage senior management and achieve profitability target
To qualify, you will have :
- Bachelor degree in either engineering or business
- 15+ years of experience product management/ product development from well known consumer electronics or FMCG brands
- Able to draw and present global market consumer insights for consumer brands
- Mobility to travel internationally on a regular basis
- Native English and Mandarin is preferred
