Our client is a global listed company that focused on commercial printing solutions for garment industries. Currently they are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the global sales team.
As a Sales Administrator, you must be familiar with using salesforce software and Excel. You will be supporting the daily sales operation and work closely with the Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers. You will also assist in travel booking for the team and manage marketing and sales leads with salesforce.com, report generation and analysis. Moreover, you have to prepare sales contracts and maintain pipeline status reports for real time access for company management. Other ad hoc projects will be required as well.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales coordination or administration
- Hands-on experience with salesforce.com software is a must
- Well-versed in MS word, Excel (V-Look Up, Pivot Table) and PowerPoint is a must
- Analytical, systematic and sensitive to numeric presentation
- Experience in supporting global team is a plus
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
