Our client is a well established European brand focusing on high end baby products and electronic appliances. Armed with a series of high quality products, the company name is well-spread in the industry. To support their business operation, they are now keen to hire a Sales Administration & Logistic Officer to support the operation and logistic coordination in APAC regions.
As a Sales Administration & Logistic Officer, you will be responsible to generate & update sales reports and order reports across APAC retailers and distributors. You will manage the sales order on daily basis. You will work closely with external vendors in supporting logistic and warehousing arrangement across APAC. You will support office administration including payments, expenses and other ad hoc tasks & assignments. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with solid sales administrative and support experience in retail sector to join the growing company.
To qualify, individuals should possess:
- Degree or above
- Solid sales admin and support experience. Preferably in retail industry.
- Basic knowledge on ERP/ MRP system is an advantage
- Good command in both English and Chinese
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
