Our client is a pharmaceutical start up with headquarter in London, they are looking for a multilingual sales coordinator to help with the expansion.
- Incoming call and email handling
- Communicate with Sales Team, Quality Control Personnel and Customer for ordering arrangement
- Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering for customers, eg. order entry, delivery follow, license applications, import, customs clearance and logistics
- Coordinate with European and Hong Kong warehouse operation and distribution team to ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders
- To assist in different ad-hoc projects
- Strong in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Minimum 1 year sales support / Customer service / Administration experience
- Flexible, able to handle sudden changes
- Interested in working in a start up
