About the Role:
- Drive consistent execution of retail operating standards across stores.
- Monitor and improve store KPI performance including: service experience indicators, availability/stock health, shrink risk indicators, and operational productivity metrics.
- Support store teams in maintaining brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness, and luxury merchandising discipline.
- Ensure store processes are followed for returns, exchanges, and exception handling in line with brand policy.
- Support accurate inventory management by ensuring timely and correct processes.
- Identify root causes of inventory issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain/Inventory teams to improve availability and reduce stockout/overstock risk.
- Partner with HR/Training and Store Managers to support operational readiness of teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor scheduling guidelines and store SOPs.
- Support onboarding and retraining efforts for operational workflows.
- Ensure stores adhere to brand policies and relevant regulations.
- Work with Loss Prevention to reduce shrink risks by strengthening store-level controls and follow-through.
- Investigate operational discrepancies and support corrective action plans.
- Analyze operational performance data and present insights to leadership.
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives.
- Produce timely reporting on operational audits, key risks, and action plans.
About the Candidate:
- 3 years of experience in retail operations, store operations, or field-based retail leadership.
- Experience with inventory management, receiving/replenishment processes, and operational KPI tracking.
- Strong understanding of retail compliance, cash handling controls, and loss prevention basics.
- Demonstrated ability to coach store teams and drive adoption of standards across multiple locations.
- Proficiency with retail systems such as POS/back-office tools and inventory platforms (specific tools can be listed).
