Relationship Manager (Travel)
Our client is a famous global travel company. Currently they are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team.
As a Relationship Manager, you will be focusing on account management, servicing as the primary contact point for developing strong relationship with designated clients. You have to set up business reviews and leverage company's tools and relay relevant communication and updates in a timely manner. Also, to maximize client satisfaction and support in business strategy, while being the voice of the customer feedback and provide solution to their complaints.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Degree holder
- Min. 3-5 years' experience in relationship management, account management; ideally experienced in travel/hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Highly customer service orientated with experience in handling customer's complaints
- Good written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin skills
