About the Role:
- Develop, design, and deliver a wide range of brand events, including branding activations, in-store and offsite retail moments, and partnership-led launches-creating unforgettable brand experiences with clear, trackable business results.
- Coordinate and liaise with external agencies, partners, catering teams, and logistics providers to oversee every detail of event delivery, ensuring high-quality client service, consistent execution, and full alignment with brand image and standards.
- Plan and run compelling in-store animation and engagement initiatives to attract new customers and strengthen loyalty among existing ones, ensuring each activation drives footfall, boosts customer interaction, and reinforces the brand's luxury positioning.
- Support retail and client experience teams hands-on by providing creative materials, campaign assets, and practical marketing solutions that address changing business needs across both store and regional levels.
- Source, appoint, and manage key partners and enablers-such as leading event agencies, digital solution providers, and experiential collaborators-to deliver exceptional retail experiences and unlock new partnership prospects.
- Continuously assess performance of activations and partnerships using customer feedback, visitor/traffic indicators, and sales performance to evaluate impact and refine future strategies.
- Increase brand presence and commercial results by maximizing all available landlord channels, securing high-priority placements in landlord communications, and managing in-mall digital plus outdoor display assets to optimize visibility.
- Partner with landlord marketing teams to ensure brand information (images and store details) stays accurate and up to date across all mall and property platforms.
- Handle landlord requests quickly and professionally for marketing assets, information updates, and campaign involvement-providing product visuals, brand materials, and ready-to-use campaign toolkits tailored for different promotional channels and initiatives.
- Proactively pursue landlord VIP opportunities, leveraging special invitations, exclusive activations, and VIP databases to drive customer acquisition.
- Regularly track and report on landlord campaigns, competitor actions, and relevant industry developments.
- Plan with the global VM team and align with local VM and retail teams and vendors to manage seasonal lightbox replacements and in-store video rotation for stores in direct markets, sub-franchise markets, and travel retail doors.
- Coordinate seasonal newsletter campaigns with all relevant global and local teams, ensuring messaging is tailored and distribution is timely.
- Work closely with global and local teams to keep brand information current-store addresses, opening hours, and contact details-across key online platforms (e.g., Google, Baidu, Dianping), maintaining consistency and accuracy.
About the Candidate:
- University graduate in Communications or a related field
- 10 years of experience in the Retail / Fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Genuine passion for luxury retail
- Self-driven and able to work effectively under pressure
