About the Role:

- Oversee the planning and execution of store events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Liaise with shopping malls for promotional opportunities and collaborations.
- Coordinate mall promotions and events to drive foot traffic and brand engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Lead and mentor the regional marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Ensure alignment of team goals with overall business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on public relations and event management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
