Regional Marketing Director - Retail

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
  • Manage press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of store events, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Liaise with shopping malls for promotional opportunities and collaborations.
  • Coordinate mall promotions and events to drive foot traffic and brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor the regional marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Ensure alignment of team goals with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on public relations and event management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
